This is my Blackberry Crumble Smoothie and it’s really good! This is a great smoothie for people who don’t like bananas. It’s thickened with a bit of oatmeal instead.
The “crumble” flavour comes from the oats, cinnamon and a bit of vanilla. I also added a bit of healthy omega oils to boost the nutritional value.
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 medium apple
- ¼ cup oats
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tbsp omega oils (optional)
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 1-2 minutes until completely blended.
