It’s really easy but you want to make sure you make them the day before you need them because they have to dry out. I leave them on the counter overnight, uncovered and they end up looking great. I used mine to decorate my popular raw vegan carrot cake. I love the natural and organic look. They also make a fantastic snack, but I warn you they go fast. Geez, it sure has been quiet around here. This is my first post in 3 weeks and it isn’t even a recipe. I haven’t posted a recipe in well over a month. I’m sorry! I took these beauty shots at the Gabor Chocolate Winter Collection launch party.   I don’t have any recipes for you, but if you imagine really hard you might be able to taste the flavours. There were five inventive combinations. My favourite was the vanilla custard with lemon verbena. The lemon verbena was grown in Gabor’s own garden.
