Gabor Chocolate – Winter 2014

I wish you could taste these truffles. I took these beauty shots at the Gabor Chocolate Winter Collection launch party.


Coffee Caramel Crispy


I don’t have any recipes for you, but if you imagine really hard you might be able to taste the flavours. There were five inventive combinations. My favourite was the vanilla custard with lemon verbena. The lemon verbena was grown in Gabor’s own garden.

The “Gabor” of Gabor Chocolate is my boyfriend’s father. Lucky me, right? We’ve been working on the design and marketing for the official business launch.
