Smoothie bowls are my go-to, easy, meal of choice. I have a row of jars on my kitchen counter filled with different nuts, seeds and dried fruit. That makes it easy to just throw everything together.
This smoothie bowl has frozen bananas blended with cocoa powder, chia seeds, almonds and cashew milk. Topped with coconut, banana, pecans, hemp hearts, almond butter, cacao nibs and a little mint for colour. Eating with my eyes first.
