Most mornings, I head straight to my Hario coffee grinder before I do anything else. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.
The only thing that can distract me from my coffee is a really great smoothie. This one hit the spot this morning.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 kiwi
- 1 orange
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1 stalk of kale
- 1 cup of coconut beverage or almond milk
- Put all ingredients in a high powered blender and mix until well combined.
