I love coming up with smoothies that are inspired by my favourite desserts. I’ve made Baked Apple Pie Smoothies , Red Velvet Smoothies and smoothies inspired by Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.
This is my Blackberry Crumble Smoothie and it’s really good! This is a great smoothie for people who don’t like bananas. It’s thickened with a bit of oatmeal instead.
The “crumble” flavour comes from the oats, cinnamon and a bit of vanilla. I also added a bit of healthy omega oils to boost the nutritional value.

Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 medium apple
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp omega oils (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 1-2 minutes until completely blended.
