Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp omega oils (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 1-2 minutes until completely blended.
