- 20 soft dates (or dates that have been soaked for several hours and drained)
- 2 cup cashew milk
- Mix the dates and cashew milk in a high-powered blender or food processor until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture in to a small, heavy-bottomed sauce pan.
- Cook slowly over medium low heat for 35 minutes, until it is thick like a peanut butter.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
- Store in the fridge.
