Homemade Cashew Milk


  • Prep Time: 2 minutes
  • Cook Time: 3 minutes
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender on high for 3 minutes.
  2. If your blender is not powerful enough, you can strain any chunky bits through a nut bag.
  3. Serve chilled
