Ingredients

  • 1 large navel orange
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp of ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender at high speed until combined.
