- 2.5 cups fresh or canned pineapple
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/4 cup coconut cream or canned coconut milk
- 2 cups non-dairy milk of choice
- 1 naval orange
- 2 large Kale leaves
- 6 ice cubes
- Put all the ingredients in a high-powered blender on high speed until smooth.
- Store leftover in a jar in the fridge for up to two days.
- If liquid separates, shake before serving.
