Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 dates
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender and mix on high until completely blended.
