Rumour has it that tumeric is an awesome anti-inflammatory agent. It is also a pretty shade of orange. Ginger also has all types of health benefits, but I like it because it tastes delicious. I’ve added both to this simple green juice. You can control the kick by adjusting the amount of each. If you are new to green juice, you can up the sweetness with stevia drops.
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 a lemon (peeled)
- 1 inch of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder or 1.5 teaspoons fresh tumeric
- 1 orange
- 1/2 an English Cucumber
- 1.5 cups of water
- stevia to taste
- Blend on high power for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Drink as is or strain with nut bag.
