- 10 oz (283 grams) frozen strawberries (about 2.5 cups)
- 1/2 cup water
- 4-8 tsp sweetener of choice*
- 4 mint leaves
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and turn it up to high speed.
- If you are using a Vitamix, use the tamper to push the frozen strawberries towards the blade.
- If it is too thick, add a little bit more water and process further.
- It should be thick and scoopable when it is done!
- Don’t overmix or it will become a smoothie.
