I celebrated my 1 year blogging anniversary this past March. If you forgot to get me a present, I forgive you. I didn’t make a big deal out of it.You can get me two presents next year.
I was reflecting on the year by reviewing my statistics, because that is what blogger nerds do for fun. I wanted to see which recipes were the most popular over the past year.
I’m not surprised that my vegan dessert recipes are top of the list. I have a major sweet tooth, so I put a lot of love in to my dessert recipes. Don’t get me wrong, I can make a great savoury meal…but desserts are my true love.
Here are my Top 10 Vegan Dessert recipes in descending order!
10. Vegan Chocolate Pecan Fudge
This simple vegan chocolate pecan fudge has only 4 ingredients!
9. Practically Pudding Drinking Chocolate
Cashew milk is my secret weapon in the kitchen. This drinking chocolate is so thick you will want to grab a spoon!
8. Banoffee Pie
This is for the hardcore sweet tooth. This pie has coconut dulce de leche, bananas, cookie crumbs and whipped coconut cream!
7. Chocolate Pecan Tarts
I think this one of the prettiest desserts photos I’ve ever taken. Theses no-bake Chocolate Pecan Tarts are as good as they look!
6. Nanaimo Bar Pie
This is my take on a Canadian classic dessert. Nanaimo bars are usually square, but I made a Nanaimo Bar Pie because I’m a rebel.
5. Raw Vegan Carrot Cake
Confession, I hate this photo but this Raw Vegan Carrot Cake is amazingly good.
4. Vegan Lattes
It is a tie for 4th place because I have a couple of vegan latte recipes sharing the spot. Once again, cashew milk is the star!
3. Raw Vegan Raspberry Cheesecake
I can’t wait for raspberry season to make this Raw Vegan Raspberry Cheesecake again! You can use frozen berries, but fresh is best!
2. Red Velvet Smoothie
I know, smoothies are not really desserts…but this red velvet smoothie is so popular!
1. Raw Vegan Lemon Cheesecake
The winner is this Raw Vegan Lemon Cheesecake! It is a versatile, crowd pleasing, classic.
