Vegan Matcha Latte

  • Total Time: 6 minutes
  • Yield: 2 cups


  • 1.5 cups cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • Maple syrup or coconut sugar to taste


  1. Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender on high until warm.
  2. If you don’t have a high-speed blender, you can whisk in a pot over medium heat until warm.
  3. Top with coconut whipped cream if desired.
